I am the worst wife ever. My mom commented on my post below, and asked about Art's certification.
DUH!!!
The REASON we went down to Portland is so that Art could get his Level One CrossFit Certification, and I didn't even mention it in my post.
SO. Art got his Level One CrossFit certification. Click here to see him with the whole group. He's on the far left.
He's been working out with a CrossFit gym in Bellingham for over a month now, and semi-coaching the people he was working out with. Today, he coached two classes. I don't know yet if he was actually by himself, but he was coaching. And on Thursday and Friday, he'll be covering, completely, for one of the trainers there.
Yay!! I'm very proud of him, and very excited for his new part-time job.
