We have internet at our house! Temporarily. We borrowed Art's brother's computer and hooked it up to the internet here.
I'm just stopping in long enough to say that we bought a bed!!!!!
Well, technically, Art's dad bought us a bed and we're paying him back. You see, Art's dad was in the Navy, and he lives near a navy base, and on the navy base are stores where you can buy stuff, and it's incredibly cheap, plus there's no tax. So his dad has this special navy credit card or something, and he put it on there.
I sound so knowledgeable, don't I?
Anyway, we got ourselves a Simmons Beautyrest mattress, and a box spring, for only $850!
Now, we just have to get it to the house.
And figure out what to do with Art's futon.

Sorry
I know I've been gone a while.
This time it's not my fault. My dear hubby disconnected our internet about a week ago, and then found out that connecting it again is not as easy and straight-forward. So I have a few minutes now and again at my bro and sister-in-law's place.
I really can't wait to have the internet back, because I have lots of time, and lots of blogging to do. I have to tell all about the honeymoon, and I have to put pictures up (because I got my battery charger for my camera in the mail. Thanks mom!)
And I have to put wedding pictures up! I got the discs in the mail, and they look amazing! I can't wait to share them everyone!
*SIGH*
I had so many good intentions about blogging since I got married, and goodness knows I have time....
Well, at least I'm getting a lot of reading done. I am quickly making my way through Gilbert Morris' Lions of Judah series. Of course, I only have four of the six books that are in that series. Anyone want to send me books 1 and 5 of that series? Those are the only ones I don't have.
Other than that, I've been working out with Art, and his sister Mari; I'm so proud of her! And it's fun working out with another girl. We're more on the same level as far as physical capabilities and limits. Also, we motivate each other by being each other's competition.
She's now officially ahead of me because I caught myself a cold, and although I don't feel awful, I still don't want to push it by working out when I'm sick. Art does, but I'm not hardcore like he is. I think I'm on the tail end of it though. I'm no longer hacking up a lung. Don't you love that visual?
Ooh, and we're getting a new mattress in the next couple of days! Yay for not sleeping on a futon anymore! It's terribly uncomfortable, even with the extra padding. I don't sleep very well on that thing.
Okay, I'm on someone else's computer, and she's home now, so I have to go! I hope we'll have internet up within the next few days. And then I'll do a TON of blogging. You'll be overwhelmed by information coming from Jenene.
Have a great week!
P.S. If you feel like praying for me, you can pray that getting a greencard won't take too long. We're living on one income right now, and my savings won't last forever. Plus, I can't sit at home forever. I want to start working again. Thanks!

Where In The World Is Jenene Morgan?
I am Jenene Morgan, by the way. My new name. Just in case anybody didn't know. I am still here in the USA. My honeymoon was not three weeks long. So why haven't I blogged?
I don't know, really. Sheer laziness? I had fully intended to start chronicling my first days of marriage and being an immigrant on this blog. But.........I haven't.
Part of it is that I wanted to blog about my honeymoon, but I couldn't do that until I called my sister and told her about it, because she wanted to HEAR it, not read about it on my blog.
Another reason is that I wanted to blog about my honeymoon and put up pictures. But, as it turns out, when one condenses their entire life to three suitcases and moves to a different country immediately after their wedding, one is likely to forget somethings. Like the USB cord that I would use to transfer my honeymoon pictures from my camera to the computer.
But while we're on the subject, I should tell you that you're not missing a whole lot picture-wise. My camera battery died on the first day of our honeymoon, and yes, I also forgot my spare battery and the charger. We got a disposable Kodak camera for the rest of the week, but I have yet to figure out how to get those onto a computer.
I know. I'm brilliant. I am the one who prides herself on never forgetting ANYTHING when I pack, and being so terribly organized about knowing where everything is. Oops.
So what have I been up to? Cleaning. Lots of cleaning. Art has lived here with his brother for the past 11 months. They were bachelors. Enough said.
His brother moved out last week, which we are all very glad for. And yes, that means that his brother was still here for a week after the honeymoon. And not for lack of trying to find a new place to live for almost TWO MONTHS. But it's all good, because he has a new place now.
And finally, my interview for my green card is tomorrow. No big deal. Just the last step in my finally being able to live in the States and work here. Technically, they shouldn't have let me across the border, because my paperwork wasn't finished. But they did. So I'm here. Not making any trouble.
Am I nervous? Not really. Art is. But I figure, this whole process has gone incredibly well this whole time, it's not like it's going to fail now. And like I've been saying, God told me He has a plan for me here in America. So we are completely prepared, and God is with us. What do we have to be worried about?
Well, it's late, and I should go. Sorry for not being around. Getting settled here isn't difficult, but it's quite a process. Good night!
